REVIEW: Delightful Downfall – Don’t Look Back (Single)

Artist: Delightful Downfall
Album: Wild & Reckless
Genre: Hard Rock
Label: Unsigned

Chicago’s Delightful Downfall has treated fans to a brand new single from their upcoming album “Wild and Reckless”. The new track is titled “Don’t Look Back” and it is a prime example of this literally young aged band’s talents. All of the band members share vocal duties on the track creating elegant harmonies blended with their fast paced and aggressive hard rock style.

With the members ranging in age from 16-20 years old and having only been playing together as a band just under two years they have made a big name for themselves quite fast. In such a short period of time the band has already accomplished more than what some local bands may ever accomplish in decades of playing together. The band meshes together so naturally that it doesn’t seem possible for them to have been playing together for such a short amount of time. In that short time frame they have shared the stage with national acts such Escape The Fate, Motionless In White, and Red Jumpsuit Apparatus to name a few. Needless to say these guys are truly dedicated to the music they are writing and “Don’t Look Back” is a prime example of that.

The single tells how these guys not only are approaching their music, but also their lives. “We’re gonna live too fast, never give up, and don’t look back” seems to be the motto for this group of truly talented individuals and it is working out rather well for them. Be on the lookout for their upcoming album “Wild and Reckless” featuring their newly released single “Don’t Look Back” and be on the lookout for their future performances.

The band consists of:
Mike Kehoe – vocals
Nick Barelli – guitar and vocals
Joe Hammond – bass and vocals
Steve Eldridge – drums, programming, and vocals
