Chicago, IL – September 4, 2012 – The electro-pop outfit, GOLDHOUSE, has teamed up with J-14 Magazine to exclusively premiere the first single “Everything” off his upcoming mixtape, “The Morning After.” GOLDHOUSE has also announced his plan to give away one mixtape track per week entirely for free until all tracks are out by early November 2012. At that time, the entire mixtape will be available for full download. Listen and download “Everything” and learn more about GOLDHOUSE’s mixtape project here: http://bit.ly/GOLDHOUSEj14

The latest musical brainchild of singer/writer/producer Grant Harris, GOLDHOUSE’s sound is reminiscent of today’s pop acts 3OH!3, Dev and LMFAO, with an infectious and passionate sound that leaves you no choice but to dance. “The Morning After” mixtape is a follow-up to GOLDHOUSE’s hit summer EP, “All Night Long.” The first single off the new EP, “The Moment” has been receiving extensive radio attention, receiving 30 spins per week on Sirius Radio’s “20 on 20.”

While writing and producing his own original tracks is his true passion, GOLDHOUSE also experiments with remixing, most recently teaming up with The Cab, remixing their hit song “La La.” To Harris, remixing is more than merely creating a club mix. “I really want to take songs and think about them in a whole different realm” explains Harris.  “Its not about wobbles and blips, its about complementing the song and giving the listener a different experience as they take the remix in.”

GOLDHOUSE matches his high-quality recordings with an equally impressive live show – complete with explosive lights, a full backing band and an energy that turns each show into a non-stop dance party. For his debut performance as GOLDHOUSE, Harris sold out Chicago’s BeatKitchen in record time and recently was invited to headline The House of Blues in Chicago.
